Time/temperature control for safety food re-served to customers. Half and half stored in glass dispensers given to guest while dining in. When guest leave the left over half and half bottle is wiped down with sanitizer and placed into an ice bath until the next customer order coffee. Spoke the manager and server about not reusing the same half and half between guest.
Nonfood-grade basting brush used in food. Paint brush used for margarine.
