Operating with an expired Division of Hotels and Restaurants license. License has been expired since 2/1/2025. During the inspection, there were two employee engaging with food and in food preparation. Discussed with person in charge. The operator attempted to pay online and has been on hold with the customer contact center during the inspection.
Wiping cloth sanitizer solution exceeds the maximum concentration allowed. Quaternary sanitizer bottle and triple sink sanitizing compartment testing at 500+ PPM. Discussed with person in charge of shared kitchen. The inspector showed the employee the chemical to the triple sink compartment can be diluted with water and is now testing at 200 PPM. Discussed diluting the sanitizer spray bottles the same way.
Establishment has no written procedures for employees to follow in response to a vomiting or diarrheal event where the vomit or diarrhea is discharged onto surfaces in the establishment. Emailed operator Clean-Up of Vomiting and Diarrheal Events (DBPR HR 5030-104) form during the inspection.
No chemical test kit provided when using sanitizer at three-compartment sink/warewashing machine or wiping cloths. No quaternary test kit.
