Equipment in poor repair. Cutting board on reach in cooler with cut marks. Rubber seal on flip top lid of cooler hanging off, operator removed seal.
Water leaking from pipe and/or faucet/handle. Pipe leaking under Three compartment sink, operator tightened pipes.
