Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. -2 flats of raw shell eggs above produce, milk.
Establishment advertised crab on menu/menu board but served imitation crab. -operator used term "I Crab" for imitation crab on menu. Operator will change electronic menu and on line menus.
Menu does not identify which items contain raw or undercooked animal foods covered by the consumer advisory. -raw salmon, raw tuna in multiple menu items.
