Mobile food dispensing vehicle is not self-propelled or otherwise movable from place to place. One rotted and flat tire was on the back of the MFDV. The operator was unable to show the MFDV is mobile and self-propelled based on the wooden deck built in front of the MFDV, extra large disposal plastic water tank sitting in back of MFDV not attached, and the shelf at the service window is attached to the MFDV screwed in, causing it not to be movable.
This record follows the licence, not the owner. Restaurants change hands and the licence history normally does not, so an older entry may describe people who no longer run the place. Every inspection above links to the state's own report. Something wrong? Tell us.
