Shell eggs not stored at an ambient air temperature of 45 degrees Fahrenheit or less. Observed eggs stored under counter with ambient temperature of 67F. As per operator, eggs were used for waffle batter prepared 2 hours prior to inspection. Operator placed eggs in reach in cooler.
