Employee touched soiled surface and then engaged in food preparation, handled clean equipment or utensils, or touched unwrapped single-service items without washing hands. Observed employee working on cook line, handled raw beef patty with gloves then handles ready to eat bread immediately after. No handwashing was observed. Educated Manager on proper handwashing procedures. Employee discarded gloves washed hands and put in new pair of gloves.
