Wiping cloth sanitizer solution bucket without Quaternary Sanitizing solution, just water. Sanitizer Bucket (Quaternary 00ppm); Coached operator, used bleach instead until Quaternary becomes available. 2-Sanitizer Bucket (Chlorine 100ppm).
No paper towels or mechanical hand drying device provided at handwash sink. Observed no paper towels at handwashing sink across preparation area. Manager provided during inspection.
Clean glasses, cups, bowls, plates, pots and pans not stored inverted or in a protected manner. Observed clean cooking utensils no inverted on top preparation table. Manager inverted during inspection.
