Cove molding at floor/wall juncture broken/missing. Cove molding missing at front of wall by oven and detaching on the left side by oven.
No/incorrect handwashing sign provided at a hand sink used by food employees. Handwashing sign at both sinks says, "Hand Wash Sink Only". Provided DBPR Form HR 5030-111 and operator posted correct signage at both sinks.
