Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Several chemical bottles, including bottles containing glass cleaner and bleach, stored on top of reach-in freezer at front counter. Manager removed all chemicals from the areas during during this inspection.

One new employee working at front counter serving food to customers who has not signed the employee health employee agreement. Manager stated employee has been employed less than 60 days. Inspector provided manager with a new copy of the health reporting agreement during this inspection.
Paper towel dispenser at handwash sink not working/unable to dispense paper towels. Towel dispenser near cookline unable to dispense towels. Manager placed paper towel roll at handwash sink during this inspection.
Employee personal items stored in or above a food preparation area, food, clean equipment and utensils, or single-service items. Employee phone sitting on corner of prep table directly beside pan of bread near front counter. Manager removed home from area during this inspection.
Storage of maintenance equipment/tools in areas that may result in cross contamination of food, equipment, utensils, linens and/or single-service and single-use articles. Hammer and screwdriver stored in pan along with several containers of seasonings on shelf in kitchen near back door. Manager removed tools from pan during this inspection.

Grilled peppers with date mark of 7/11 in pan inside reach-in cooler at sandwich station. Manager stated the onions were grilled on 07/18 and added proper date mark during this inspection.

On shelf inside reach-in cooler near cookline: butter (63F - Cooling) Manager stated the butter sat out on counter for approximately one and-a-half hours to soften. Butter is currently in cooler cooling to 41F.
Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Spray bottle containing sanitizer stored on shelf behind front counter beside bottles of tea and water. Inspector placed sanitizer on floor during this inspection.

Zip bag containing cut ham and zip bag containing turkey missing date mark on shelf inside reach-in freezer in kitchen near cookline. Manager added proper date mark during this inspection.
