Operator stated the foods were removed from walk-in-cooler because cooler stopped working properly. Reach-in cooler that foods were placed in is 40F ambient. Also, house made garlic sauce (47F - Cold Holding) with fresh garlic and oil per operator in glass door reach-in cooler at end of front service line. Observed air flow in cooler blocked by multiple soda cans. Operator stated she will rearrange so that air flows better to chill garlic sauce.
