Operator removed raw pork to proper store. Also, observed raw chicken over raw beef in bottom of reach-in cooler across from glass door reach-in cooler. Also, observed raw shelled eggs stored over ready to eat bread in glass door reach-in cooler. Operator properly stored eggs and raw chicken.
