As per operator, food equipment and dough is stored at home and has no room on food truck for dough. Operator states that he does private catering under tent with pizza oven. Per operators, the owner is making pizza dough at an unapproved kitchen location under tent and private event. Operator says buying tiramisu and not making on truck.
Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. Raw sausage links and raw bacon stored over cheese and lettuce in reach in cooler. Moved by employee.
