Employee drinking from an unenclosed beverage container in a food preparation/clean dishware area and the container does not have a dispensing mechanism to prevent hand contact with lip contact area of drink container. Open bottle of Silver Springs bottled water on a small white cutting board on top of the flat top reach in cooler across from the griddle section of the cook line. The beverage was discarded and the cutting board was washed, rinsed and sanitized.
