Wiping cloth sanitizer solution exceeds the maximum concentration allowed. Sanitizer Bucket (Quaternary 500ppm). Operator diluted the sanitizer solution to 300ppm.
Equipment in poor repair.the door gasket on the customer self service refrigerator in the buffet area us damaged.

Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. There is a hand cart in front of the hand washing sink, there us also a sanitizer bucket in the hand washing sink. Operator moved the hand cart and sanitizer bucket.
Food stored on floor. There are four cans of sausage gravy stored on the floor under the hand sink. Operator moved the cans of sausage gravy to proper storage.
