Observed : in the back reach-in cooler, heavy whipping cream opened yesterday for prep, no date. ALSO, an open gallon of milk from yesterday, no date. Both of these had an adjusted date added.
Employee personal food not properly identified and segregated from food to be served to the public. Observed : employee food(wraps) stored over guest food in the kitchen reach-in cooler. This was moved to the bottom shelf.

Chlorine sanitizer in spray bottle/bucket not at proper minimum strength. Observed: the kitchen sanitizer bucket was at 0 ppm for chlorine. Chlorine was added to 100 ppm.
Establishment using a sanitizer solution that does not meet the requirements specified in 40 CFR 180. Only use single-service items to serve food to customers until approved sanitizer is available for warewashing. Observed: the only sanitizer available is scented bleach. The manager went to purchase unscented, regular bleach chlorine. Splash resistant chlorine is not allowed.
Raw animal food stored over or with ready-to-eat food in a freezer - not all products commercially packaged. Observed: raw shell eggs stored over cooked pork in the kitchen reach-in cooler.
Establishment has no written procedures for employees to follow in response to a vomiting or diarrheal event where the vomit or diarrhea is discharged onto surfaces in the establishment. Observed: lack of a written hazardous clean up procedure. One poster was emailed.

Observed: condensed milk, from a room temperature can(opened today) on the front line counter, 61°. This was placed in the reach-in freezer with the cap off. The manufacturer's label states, "refrigerate' after opening.
