All items brought from the walk-in cooler at opening, 1:30 pm. Items will go on a 4 hour rule until the unit is fixed.
No paper towels or mechanical hand drying device provided at handwash sink. Observed : lack of paper towels in the 3 compartment sink room. A roll was added.
