Walk-in cooler/freezer shelves with rust that has pitted the surface. Walk in cooler all shelves rusted, discussed with operator to repair or replace.

Working containers of food removed from original container not identified by common name...bread crumbs, sugar at walk in cooler, nuts on the shelf at kitchen. Employee labeled.
