Employee handled their phone then clean utensils without washing their hand. Employee washed their hands and removed the utensils to be washed and sanitized.
Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. Raw shell eggs stored over heavy whipping cream in the stand up reach in cooler in the kitchen. Employee removed the eggs.
