Observed fresh garlic and oil (51F - Cold Holding)in a container stored on top of another container; hard cooked eggs (46F - Cold Holding) per cook not portion or prepared today held out of temperature less than 4 hours. Cook voluntarily discarded garlic and oil and placed eggs in walk-in cooler.

Manager and kitchen manager both fully educated on labeling standards 2025/2026.
