Employee failed to wash hands before putting on gloves to initiate a task working with food. Manager corrected employee who washed hands then added new gloves.
Raw animal food stored over or with ready-to-eat food in a freezer - not all products commercially packaged. Observed raw bacon over cooked pork in reachin cooker. Operator rearranged items.
Employee wearing jewelry other than a plain ring on their hands/arms while preparing food.
