Equipment and utensils not properly air-dried - wet nesting. Observed plastic lids stacked wet on the storage shelves near dish machine, Manager immediately removed.
Wall soiled with accumulated grease, food debris, and/or dust. Observed mold like growth around the edge of the wall recommend to recaulk around the edge near the blenders located front service area. Per Manager notify repair man will be completed tonight.
