Observed Cooked Pasta (50F - Cold Holding); Feta Cheese (48F - Cold Holding); Sliced Mozzarella Cheese (46F Cold Holding) in reach-in cooler on the cook line across from cook line. Employee stated the items had been in the reach-in cooler overnight and temperatures were not taken yet today. Employee removed items and moved recently prepped items to walk-in cooler for rapid cooling. Observed Meatballs (52F - Cold Holding); Mozzarella Sticks (60F Cold Holding); Cannoli Cream (60F - Cold Holding); Jalapeno Poppers (62F - Cold Holding); Chicken (51F - Cold Holding); Stuffed Shells (58F - Cold Holding); Lasagna (62F - Cold Holding) and Breaded Eggplant (56F - Cold Holding) in reach-in freezer to the left of the walk-in cooler of the cookline. The freezer was not all frozen solid. The items had been in the reach-in freezer overnight and was frozen solid yesterday at time of close but had not been checked today. Operator removed items that were not at proper temperature.
