Nonfood-grade bags used in direct contact with food. 1) In Ikon and Continental reach in coolers, raw pizza dough stored in plastic to go bags. Manager removed doughs onto trays and plastic wrapped. 2) On dry goods shelf, seasoned bread crumbs in to go plastic bag. Manager removed and placed crumbs in bucket. 3) In reach in freezer, breaded eggplant in plastic to go bag. Manager moved to plastic container.
