Clean glasses, cups, bowls, plates, pots and pans not stored inverted or in a protected manner. Observed sheet trays not inverted on top of oven. Manager properly inverted trays.
Employee with no hair restraint while engaging in food preparation. Observed associate with no hair net or hat while preparing salad.
No handwashing sign provided at a hand sink used by food employees. Observed no handwashing sign in establishments restroom.
Wall soiled with accumulated grease, food debris, and/or dust. Observed soiled walls throughout kitchen area.

Observed front counter reach in cooler facing the window ambient temperature 53F. Operator adjusted the dial to lower the temperature of the cooler and called for service.

Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Reach in cooler facing the window: diced tomatoes (51F - Cold Holding); shredded cheese (48F - Cold Holding); corn (48F - Cold Holding); as per operator all food stored inside the stand up reach in cooler, prepped the night before and placed on the line.
