Nonfood-grade containers used for food storage - direct contact with food. Orange plastic non food grade buckets used to store flour, cornstarch towards back of unit.

Water with a temperature of least 85 degrees Fahrenheit not provided/shut off at employee handwash sink or other sinks. Water temperature 77F, after running 2 minutes. Hot water heater off, employee reset, hoy water temperature 102F restored to unit.
Employee personal food not properly identified and segregated from food to be served to the public. Observed employee food bowl and utensils mixed in with food for public at entrance to unit, right side, with sauces, over reach-in freezer.
Equipment located in an area not protected from overhead leakage of pipes, drains and other sources. Observed dish ware stored under ac unit with dripping condensation. Dishware must be washed, rinsed and sanitized prior to use.
Food stored on floor toward back of unit, large containers oil, soy sauce.
Food stored outside. Observed mobile vehicle has reach-in freezer with stored food outside, plugged directly into trailer.
Mobile food dispensing vehicle service opening not kept closed except during food service. Door and window to vehicle are left open, not solely during food service.
Plumbing system in disrepair. Water leaking somewhere under sink, leading to standing water close to electrical cords.
