Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired. Checked dish machine twice not sanitizing properly thermolabel strip not turning checked gauges reading 140°f final rinse wash not working. Recommend to use 3 compartment sink wash, rinse and sanitize until dishmachine repaired.
