Food being cooled by nonapproved method as evidenced by inadequate rate of cooling during time of inspection. Cooked chicken tenders 47 f at 2:13 pm in 2door upright cooler on cook line. As per manager cooked at 11 am. Second temperature 47 f at 2:35 pm. At this rate of cooling it will not reach 41 f within total of 6 hours. Explained and he moved chicken to reach in freezer to cool quickly.
Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. Several multiple use plastic gloves stored in hand sink next to three compartment sink.
