Food being prepared on a grill outside that has no cover. Hot dog grill on unit has no lid. Corrective action taken, explained to owner grill can not be used until lid is on grill. Owner stated he has another grill with lid and will use it
Mobile food dispensing vehicle license number not permanently affixed on the side of the unit in figures at least 2 inches high and in contrasting colors from the background of the vehicle. Owner has stickers to put on unit. He stated customer always take off numbers.
