Tested at 0ppm Employee replaced sanitizer, ran machine, and tested at 0ppm Inspector expressed that the operator should discontinue using the dish machine for sanitation and suggested that the operator set up and use the 3-compartment sink until the dish machine is repaired. Employee set up 3-compartment sink and tested at 700ppm (Lactic Acid)
