Observed 57 rodent dropping throughout establishment in the following locations: 13 in service sink in meat slicer room, 20 along wall behind slicing table, five under 3 compartment sink in kitchen, four behind pita bread freezer in storage area behind kitchen, seven behind empty freezer in storage area behind kitchen, and eight on shelf in dry storage. Operator began cleaning and sanitizing areas.
