Ceiling not smooth, nonabsorbent and easily cleanable in food preparation, food storage, or warewashing areas. Observed acoustic ceiling tiles used in kitchen. Operator states that the ceiling tiles are in process of being replaced. Approx 10 so far have been replaced.
