Vacuum breaker missing at mop sink faucet or on fitting/splitter added to mop sink faucet. Observed : a splitter on the mop sink, no vacuum breaker on either side. Staff was going to remove splitter and add the hose back. There is a vacuum breaker hub on the faucet.

Retemped item at below 41F.
