Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. Observed hand wash sink by fryer blocked. Operator removed box of fries from blocking hand wash sink during time of inspection.
Food stored on floor. Observed a bag of onions on floor in walk in cooler. Operator placed onions 6 inches off floor during time of inspection.
A return visit. The problems from the previous inspection had been dealt with.
Ordered shut on the spot. 8 violations recorded, 2 of them the tier the state says can make you ill. A reinspection is required before this kitchen may reopen.
