Sewage/wastewater backing up through floor drains. Observed in kitchen, brownish water with a pungent smell backing up through floor drain when faucet is open at hand washing sink to wash hands. Anytime the hand wash sink is turned on,the brownish water is coming through the drain. This is the only hand washing sink in kitchen / cook line. The area cannot be blocked off. Warning**
