Stop Sale issued due to food not being in a wholesome, sound condition. One pan containing packages of snapper thawed inside reduced oxygen packaging. The packages have been opened, but the fish is still inside the packages. The snapper is completely thawed. The package does have a label indicating the snapper must be removed from packaging prior to thawing.
