Mobile food dispensing vehicle disposing liquid waste improperly. Operator had valve of waste, water system, slightly open due to leak and observed gray water in orange Home Depot bucket. Manager turned off valve and dumped gray water into three compartment sink on food truck
Mobile food dispensing vehicle connected to utilities on more than a temporary basis. Propane tank on ground. Manager disconnected from propane tank, and hooked up to mounted propane tank on unit.
