Advised manager employees shall clean their hands and exposed portions of their arms immediately before engaging in food preparation including working with exposed food, clean equipment and utensils, and unwrapped single-service and single-use articles.

Advised manager that sink cannot be used for purposes other than handwashing and all dishes must be properly washed and sanitized in designated ware wash area approved by the division.

Cooler had an ambient temperature of 51°F. Employee removed all foods.
