Paper towel dispenser at handwash sink not working/unable to dispense paper towels. Observed paper towels dispenser not working properly (paper stuck) at preparation Manager removed paper towels dispenser to get repaired or replaced.
Clean glasses, cups, bowls, plates, pots and pans not stored inverted or in a protected manner. Observed clean cooking utensils not inverted inside metal container. Operator inverted during inspection.
