Also, on floor under dry storage rack box with three containers of mustard stored on floor. Manager removed from floor and put on dry storage rack.
Single-service articles improperly stored. Under dry storage racks, multiple boxes of single service items stored on floor. Employee removed all boxes from floor and put on shelf.
