Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. In the stand alone cooler near ice machine, observed raw shelled eggs stored over ready to eat ready to eat vegetables and fruits that are used for salads. Operator rearranged for proper storage, placed raw shelled eggs at the bottom shelf.
Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Handwashing sink at the front counter is being used to hold dirty dishes. Discussed with employee, handwashing sinks are only for handwashing to prevent cross contamination. Operator removed all dishes from handwashing sink.
Incorrect chemical test kit provided for measuring the concentration of the sanitizer solution used in the three-compartment sink and/or dishmachine. Establishment is using chlorine as their sanitizer. Quaternary are the only chemical test strips provided.
