At front counter stand up reach in cooler open container of milk with no date making, operator stated that milk was opened 24 hours ago. Operator labeled with a 7 day expiration date (3/19).

Unwashed fruits/vegetables stored with ready-to-eat food. At right side flip top cut avocados stored in same container as whole avocados with stickers still attached, operator discarded cut avocados and removed whole avocados to be re-washed.
