Must submit plans and plan review application to DBPR H and R Plan Review office located at 2601 Blair Stone Rd., Tallahassee, FL 32399-1011. Plans must be submitted AND approved within 60 days. The current kitchen layout does not match the plans on file. New equipment was added, and other equipment was moved to different areas of the kitchen Equipment currently observed under the Hood System during the inspection: Two fryers, One 2a'burner/oven/flat top unit, prep table with a grill stored on top. Added equipment observed: A black deep freezer next to the reach in deli cooler. A stand alone stainless steel reach in freezer placed between the dry storage rack and the mop sink. A dough machine stored on top of the prep table near the mop sink area. Additional Refrigeration observed across from walk in cooler area: refrigeration with freezer, white deep freezer.
