Establishment has no approved Alternative Operating Procedure. Observed bartender touching mint and oranges/ limes used for drinks with barehands. Bartender placed mint in glass then proceeded to mix drink and serve to customer. Also, observed cooked touching ready to eat pizza with barehands while boxing. Advised chef and he instructed employees to wash hands and place on gloves.
