Accumulation of black/green mold-like substance in the interior of the ice machine/bin. Operator and employees began to remove ice from bin to allow proper cleaning and sanitation.
Working containers of food removed from original container not identified by common name. In the storage area, observed two containers containing white powders that have been removed from the original container.
