Observed employee handle raw chicken with gloves then proceeded to remove gloves and put new gloves on with no hand wash and touched handle of fryer basket. Employee removed gloves and washed hands as well as sanitized item touched.

Coleslaw (49F - Cold Holding); Cut tomatoes (53F - Cold Holding); Stored stacked above the pan fill line in the top section of the reach in cooler on the cook line. Employee stated the items had been stored in the reach in cooler for approximately 1 hour. Employee removed half of the content of the pans and placed it in the bottom section of the reach in cooler.
