As per the chef the cooks just restocked the items approximately 45= minutes ago. The chef moved the the items to the freezer for a quick chill.
Certified food manager unable to answer basic Food Code questions pertaining to safe operation of establishment. Asked the chef the correct procedure for cooling food.
