Across hall in water heater room observed 30 droppings and multiple piles of rodent chew. Observed on and under dishwashing machine area 5 droppings. Under salad station reach-in cooler 15 droppings. Under bar equipment 5 droppings. Across from bar under shelving 20 droppings. In wine storage room, observed multiple piles of chew on and under shelves. ()
