Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed milk (51F - Cold Holding) at the outside bar. As per the bar tender the milk was put in ice approximately 2 hours ago. He put the milk in a reach in cooler.

Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Observed a blender attachment in the hand washing sink at the end of the cook line.
Menu does not identify which items contain raw or undercooked animal foods covered by the consumer advisory. Observed eggs Benedict on the menu not identified as raw on the breakfast menu. Observed Kano salad, crispy tuna, hamachi crude, double cut yellowtail roll and 5 other items on menu insert that doesn't identify if the products are raw.

As per the manager those items are raw or under cooked. The manager reprinted the menus identifying all the raw items during the inspection.
