Vacuum breaker missing at hose bibb or on fitting/splitter added to hose bibb. Vacuum breakers missing at hose Bibb on wall by ice cream machine on both sides of splitter with black hoses attached.
Commercially processed ready-to-eat, time/temperature control for safety food opened and held more than 24 hours not properly date marked after opening. Mozzarella cheese opened Sunday per person in charge not date marked. Person in charge marked during inspection.

Exterior door has a gap at the threshold that opens to the outside. Light visible under back door.
In-use utensil used with moist food stored in running water with insufficient velocity to flush food particles away. Dipperwell not on at front counter. Person in charge turned on. Ice cream scoops stored in standing water in back kitchen at 68F. Person in charge discarded.
Old food stuck to clean dishware/utensils. Observed old debris on several seals on lids of clean dishware in kitchen.
